This was today’s lunch creation, similar to one’s I’ve made before: pumpkin baked in brown sugar and butter on an everything bagel with mushrooms, cranberries, turkey and melted Dutch Maasdam cheese. The pumpkin at least was grown in my garden this year and I have several chilling in the garage to eat this winter!
